What is the name of your state?maryland
I need to know what rights i have.

I have NO physical or Legal custody over my 17 month old son, but i wanted to know what rights i have.

As his birth father, shouldn't i have rights to know where he lives. If he has a baby sitter, who that is? Information about doctor apointments(as in, height weight, how he is progressing with growth, if he is sick, if he gets any shots?)

Please help me, i am in a uphill battle on trying to get my ex to let me be a good father as much as i can. and if you know of where i can find these "laws" or rights as per maryland via a link or something please please post it.

Thanks!

You have asked this question before and like before you did not give much informaiton. I went back and read your other posts but still don't have enough information.

Why did you lose legal custody?
What is the exact wording of your current visitation orders?
Do you have an attorney?
When is your next hearing or mediation scheduled in your divorce?
Have you filed for contempt?
Have you asked for custody evaluations?
Do you pay child support?
How long have you been separated /away from child?
Is your visitation supervised?
Is it a tempoary order?

Without any legal custody and in the absence of a court order to the contrary, she doesn't really have to give you any information at all.

Sounds like you could use an attorney before this keeps turning on you. You sound like a decent person who is interested in child. There is legal help for those that are resourceful and relentless but can't afford it! I would suggest you start hunting for this help!
