Can I sign my parental rights away when my child hates me and wants nothing to do with me. The mother has done a good job of getting her to that point. Does it abolish me from paying support which she doesn't see anyway.

It should but your lawyer will be able to help you with the specifics. Do you really want to do that? Your child will eventually grow up and get over it. She will hate you more if you give up your rights.

One can't "sign away their parental rights" unless there's another party wanting to adopt the child. You can't be required to exercise the "rights" of parenthood, but neither can you give away your obligation.
