$50 says it's not an "abortion clinic" but a women's healthcare center where abortions are only a small portion of their services and 90% of the patients are there for other things.

I agree. A gal friend of mine works at such a clinic. They perform only a few abortions a month, most of there business is educating teen girls so they won't requre thier services later. I am amazed at the filth these so called God fearing people use towards those that work there. She and her co-workers have to park at a secured lot 5 miles from the clinic and they are transported by a van to work just so these loonies won't vandalize their vehicles.

a picture of Jesus holding a baby is neither political or offensive.

It all depends on the context now, doesn't it? Your statement is HIGHLY political and, for some, would also be offensive. There ARE other viewpoints in this world besides your own.

And what I said is it's INFLAMATORY, not necessarily offensive though some might be offended. That's not the point though, the point is the stuff painted on the van is intended to draw attention to it, and if the owner of the lot doesn't want to be associated with that kind of attention, he/she/it would be absolutely allowed to ban the vehicle from their property - even if they allow other, non-attention-drawing vehicles to park there.

That "small portion" of the services can represent a huge portion of the funding for the organization if it is Planned Parenthood.

But, you are probably right - it is probably not a facility where abortions are the primary activity. But the legal issues are the same. And unless the owner of the lot is authorizing the tow, I suspect it is not lawful - hence the reason the cops prevented the tow from happening last time. At least the officers had the presence of mind to (apparently) adhere to the law and not succumb to political correctness or emotion.
