Wondering what are the typical court costs of a Partition action? I'm trying to convince our "parnters" it would be cheaper for them to accept our offer to buy them out of this run-down cabin rather than go to court. Thanks, M

I'm out $5K legal fees alone, 2+years of my time, and thousands on other expenses. I don't doubt my jackass lawyer is going to hit me with more costs when this is over.

I'm in GA, so it is probably more $$ in CA, depending how complicated is it.
