Partner filing chpt 11

I have a question about bankruptcy and partnerships.

My girlfriend is a partner in a business; her partner has filed for chpt 11 and 7.

How will this affect her. She has $100,000 investment and the real property is now valued at $1,000,000. She was not informed of the bankruptcy filing.
