Past red light camera fine

What is the name of your state? IL

I'm going broke and live on disability. I can't afford a past traffic red light camera $100 fine. Plus I asked to dispute it with the city. My state is on lockdown so many courts closed, cities too. Its nice break. Though I'd like to dismiss my fine as in the photo it shows I stopped then drove.

Plus I read the state is cracking down on the corruption behind the red light cameras and even the feds stepped in to arrest the guy making millions off the scheme. There is a ban by state officials in the works.

Would a Administrative traffic hearing waive my fine for financial reasons?

A court could reduce or waive a fine if the fine would impose an undue burden.

Perhaps the OP meant to reference video. Around here in the cities that still use them, they capture video and will post it along with still frames of the violation.
