What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ
For example, so you have a unique process to teach yourself to swim. So you teach that process to people via the internet with video and original systems through a website. Is that entire process (so basically the process in which the information is delivered and monitored) which incorporates the website patentable?

the patent on the DVD and television is pretty much already covered. Providing lessons via such media is in itself not patentable.
