Dear advisor,

I am from Israel.
I registered a pending patent on an upgrade to a software by API . Please tell me on what terms and conditions is it customary to cooperate between an inventor of such an upgrade and the supplier of that software?
what are the prospects to succeed in such an agreement based on last 5 years experience? can you refer me to internet resources on this subject?
