What is the name of your state? Michigan

We work for a company that requires us to drive to customer locations, in a company owned vehicle to do work for the company, however we are required to provide all gas for the vehicle. Is this legal?
We are at will, piece rate paid :confused: employee's

Beth's right, but you should be able to claim this as an unreimbursed business expense, if total miscellaneous deductions exceed 2% of Adjusted Gross Income, on your 1040.
