I'm sorry for Gen Op. She is worthless. First of all your question is in the wrong forum. This is the CS forum. Second. It all depends on what can be proved, how the lie would have affected the case, and if the person knowlingly lied.

The good news is that's five posts - your (gen) limit for posters not coming off as morons. And of course you follow your own advice.
OP - you really haven't provided enough information. A lot will depend on whether it can be proven that you lied or if you admit it in court. If this has to do with your husband - if there's a DNA test done and it shows he's not the father, that'll be proof of your perjury. In most states, adultery has little bearing on CS or custody, although it can be a factor when it comes to alimony.

I'm sorry im just trying to be more like you. I am enamored by how many posts you have in just three years. Could you please explain to that person above who has mutiple personality disorder( referring to his brother, his dog, his wife who is 22 with a 12 yr old.. or who ever uses his name?????) what invisible mode is?

Oh I know what invisible mode is.... the only reasoon you would really need it is to hide from people. Or if you are supposed to be on vacation but you are not so you log on like that so nobody would know that you lied. And I am with Stealth here. At least she offers advice
