Yes, I can give you more information. My ex-boss lied on the stand during a hearing and was unmasked by his own affidavit which said he did say racial slurs. Is this purjury? I think it is. Because my testimony was that he did say racial slurs and the affidavit introduced confirmed it. What can happen to him as having lied under oath?

If this was blatantly a case of 'perjury', generally the court or your attorney would document it (copy of court transcript and contradictory affidavit) and refer it to the local District Attorney for possible prosecution.

However, in reality, it seldom happens since perjury is not always as black and white as you may think it is.
