What is the name of your state?Indiana .. I am making a website of myself through a company. Now a while back I had somebody blackmail me to do a couple videos. I still have the videos. I wanted to use the videos for the site, since they were just sitting there anyways, but the company refuses to use them because they say they are illegal, even if I sign a waiver. Who's right?

Like maybe offering them up on some sort of feed for a small sum of money?

I think I know the nature of the "videos" in question. Then again I'm 24 so my mind is always set on "dirty autopilot". One of the things about any kind of captured image is that unless the image is considered "public domain" (Basically free), in order to profit off of someone's image or likeness you must have that person sign a consent and release form for the image/video/likeness. Along the same lines as to the nature of the "videos", I believe you also have to include some form of age verification documentation for anyone in the "videos".

Then again, I may be completely off the mark on this one.
