[Cannot Be Denied Justice]

Can someone tell me how much a Rule 11 (b) Motion/Pleading cost for a Plaintiff? I have been told that this cost $1500.00 to draft and submit to the court. Please help and thanks. I live in Georgia.

It's Rule 11(b) of the FRCP (Federal Rules of Civil Procedure).
