Are Initial Discloures considered a pleading? I may want to submit a motion to strike some of the statements declared by the opposing side. Looked in the Rules...didnt see anything mentioning that.

Seems like you think some of the 'initial disclosures' are bogus or something?

Everything excluded is gone for good-

Is it in your interest to exclude bogus potential evidence?

:confused:
Could it be helpful to you to use the bogus evidence at a better point later?

As I see it, if you gain no benefit from moving to exclude- then why? :D
