We are staying in MO, but when the Australian imagrent came here it was to CA. Everything went well for a while. He has been here for almost 3 years now. I met him over the net and we got married when he came here.
But not things have gone south. He drinks every night, is abusive and uses narcotics. He is breaking the law every day he drives home drunk. He stays out all night, I don t know what he is doing all night.
From what I understand if he breaks the law, I can get in trouble, and last night he came home drunk, and said he hit someone, and drive off. I just don t know what to do. I want to know if there is anyway I can get him out of my home. Is divorce an option?
