i had custody of my4 children there father never paid child support then he obtained temporary custody by telling the courts that i was in jail and he did not know my where abouts and gave them a wrong address so i wouldnt klnow about the hearing and they gave it to im then there was another hearing for full custody and then i a phone conversaton with him he told me he was getting full custody and so i called the court house and found out there was infact a full custody hearing set in january (i lie in florida this is in indiana) so i wet and they called me a paper dodger because he gave them wrong addresses and his lawyer told the judgei was in jail and many other lies i need help heis very absive and he has my four children who call me cring constantly saying they want to come home the judge also told me that his mind was made up befor we even started i am trying to get a probono attorney but it is a long process we lost our home because of hurricane charlie and i have to pay child support to him even though he owes me 10,000 dollars for child support i dont know whatto do on friday i foud out by accident there is a anoth court hearing for modyfication of child support and for contempt i didnt get served with any papers and i cant just leave and go up there tha quickly i dont have the money and i just had to drive to tennessee two weeks ago to meet him half way and he never showed up so i then had to fly one of our children who was with me to indiana please please somebody help me
