What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

I know I posted a thread a few days ago about my husband's child. I asked if he can change custody because the mother has no stable place to live and no job. I was informed to get my husband to sign on and ask the question hinself... He yelled at me and told me to just find out and if not to seek and attorney for him.

All I just want to know is can he change custody based on the fact that the mother has no stable place to live nor job? I would rather come to this site than to seek an attorney and pay a fee for just asking.

Please help me, thank you in advance

he yelled at you? For something as simple as getting on here and asking a question. I question his temperment. You know HE can get a free consult with a lawyer, not you.

Okay - this is where you need to grow a spine and tell him that it is HIS kid and if he wants answers then he needs to get his rear in gear and start asking questions himself! And if you can't tell him that? I will happily pm you an email address (I'm also in NJ) and I'll tell him myself.

You do not deserve to be treated like his personal servant. I'd tell him to piss off. But I bet you're getting a better idea of why he got divorced!

Oh, and after having gone through your prior posts? Remember when you said he's "not this way" with you? Guess what? He is. And since you're having his child, you can see exactly how he'll be with you in the future.

I did have the baby and I will say some things have changed a little in our household. All I can do is try but you are right, it is his child and his business. I guess he will just have to consult with an attorney, I don't know what else to do or tell him.
