Please Lana i will aprecciate if you can answer my questions..i just re-posted this message because this is really imprtant to me
"Please i need this question to be answered ASAP!!..iam looking for changing my status from J1 to F1 visa but iam concerned because four months ago i was arrested due DWI and right now my driving privileges are suspended until december. Can i apply for a student visa without that affects getting the visa?..Can they deny me the visa?"
