What is the name of your state? NJ

I ask in advance, (of the moderators) for forgiveness if this is out of line...I notice a lot of people come here for advice, and that is great..There are a lot of people here who are lawyers, and professionals in the legal field...Their offers of their knowledge are fantastic and well appreciated. I just would like to pass along something of interest.

There is a site called: childcustody.org and it offers message boards where those can vent and get support for millions of problems. Why don't we just leave this board for the millions of questions that are of a legal nature, and please try the other site for venting your frustrations...Also this site welcomes opinions on everything...Grandparents rights, 2nd wives, etc...fathers, mothers, and age group boards...I am not a moderator or anything, I just found it, and it's a good place, and a proper one for venting....

Again, it's just a thought, and if this is out of line, deletion of this post is most called for.

Thanks to all those who offer good, sound legal advice, and good luck to those who need to vent, and he heard. Thanks for the "eye".....

I'd vote for this. It would certainly be a time saver in reading the posts if the those venting and those seeking legal advice were already separated.

One of the regular posters has built a site just for that fact. Of course it is mostly women that visit it. Ask LMSP for the address.

I would definately concur....it's hard enough sifting through some of the CS/Visitation posts without getting caught up in the emotion.

the problem with family court issues is some people have a very difficult time separating thier emotions of what they think is right with what is legally right.

anyone have any other good support links to share?

There are a lot of great boards.
But be careful to which ones you join.
Some of them are not all what they are cracked up to be!

I'm sure that I will incur his wrath when I post this, but when you have attorneys like IAAL who lash emotionally out at some of those asking questions how can we say it's always the post'er who is at fault??

However I do agree that "venting" often makes it difficult to discern what the person posting is asking.

I only posted once, but decided never to go again.

Of course they don't like you, you belong to the evil step mom site LMAO. I read a post there a few days ago where they tore some poor woman a new one because she's a step mom posting on there. And they call us biased. We don't discriminate against single moms, just total morons.

And I'll support you in whatever you do on FW. I don't think you'd do anything without a reason.
