I have a question.....this guy has been having sex with middle school kids and he is 19. A mom filed a report and the cops came and talk to many girls at my school. How many years in jail will he have? Some one told me that he has 16yrs for jus 2 of the girl but there are like 7 more girl and that he gets 5 yrs for each girl. Is it true that you get 5 yrs for every girl? That would mean he would be in jail for for 45 some years....i was just wondering if thats how it realy works?...plz answer me...

How many of these girls did he have sex with. Even if it was just one, he could go away for a long time. It is wrong for an adult to have sex with a minor. And it's shame that so many of these young girls fall for these kind of guys lies, all he is doing is useing them and takeing something very important away from them.

I didnt have sex with him but this girl gave them my name and told the cops i did jus cuz she hates me. But There are like 7 or more girls. I think he should go to jail b/c its nasty. Ok, there's really no delicate way to ask this, but are you a virgin? Cause if you are, have your mother to take you to a gyno to prove your innocence. With that report the cops could only ask you about the things you know. You'll have your proof that you did nothing. Don't worry about that sick creep.

(1) Felony. Unless a different maximum sentence for a classified felony is specifically established by a statute of this state, no person convicted of a classified felony shall be punished by confinement or fine exceeding the following:

(a) For a class A felony, by confinement in a state correctional institution for a term of life imprisonment, or by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of fifty thousand dollars, or by both such confinement and fine;

(c) For a class C felony, by confinement in a state correctional institution for five years, or by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of ten thousand dollars, or by both such confinement and fine.
