Thanks for the defense, although I swear I never thought I would need it! My daughter just came in the room to see if I was having a heart attack or something, I was laughing so hard at the previous post!! I have literally laughed so hard that I had tears rolling down my cheeks!

Well, apparently I have a more ironic sense of humor than most so I got it.

I'm not trying to poke fun at Carl here, either...the simple fact that he believed that I was serious actually shows how silly some of the posts here can be...I mean, if I ask a question and I don't get the answer I want, that's just it, but people go on and on trying to MAKE people give them the answer they seek.

The problem with posting sarcasm is that I've yet to find a sarcasm button on any forum. IRL you can hear the tone of voice.

Perhaps the Font specs should include a typeface that specifically indicates sarcasm.

With so many people posting absurdity as their perception of reality, it can be hard to read through the truly sarcastic ones.

It's all in the timing.
