Male parent puts appx. 3 yr. old. child, awake, in adjacent room. Blocks the door to this room with a large object. Child continues to tug and bang at door to get out. Male parent proceeds to view porn. video while masterbating.
Now, the child is in no immediate danger.
It is adult porn.
Now is this different from the original question?

Not a great parenting choice, but also not likely to affect the visitation unless it is every time, the entire time. And - can it be proven?

First of all, any man who blocks the door with a large object masturbating with a three year old outside begging for attention is one sick man. This sounds more like child neglect than a porn problem. 3 year olds normally don't have a recollection of what they might see at that age unless it is traumatical. I agree with Judge, this man is a sick ticket and where is mom while this is going on? Did the three year old tell someone that this man was viewing porn and masterbating? I don't understand how this would even be able to happen if the child were properly attended to. It's disgusting and total neglect.

I know that this is a trick question..........First things first.....Is it at night when the child should be going to sleep? Lets face it men do this.....I'm not sure how many could concentrate on the business at hand with a 3 year old banging on the door but who knows I think anyone who could engage in these practices while listening to their child bang on the door could very well have a few screws loose.......

Men are horny creatures by nature and do this all the time. They do it more if they are sexually deprived. Thinking about my previous post, you're son may have been sleeping and woke up frightend to find that there was noone around. It may have been completely innocent and perhaps dad did not think he would be interrupted. Just a thought...
