sorry man<

but if you do just two things in your life, you can avoid the vast majority of problems...

Always pay the landlord First, in full and on time, and never drive without insurance registation and a valid license.

You need a place to live and transportation, why screw around with those things?

I finally hired an attorney. He wants to settle with other driver's insurance comp first then if that doesn't work out we will take this to small court.
I'm not just sure how he's going to settle this with insurance comp because they said they are not going to pay for my damages with bs excuses.

Negative advice....what ????

The advice should be taken, tighten your belt, no unncecesary spending, and move back home to save the rent money, or use public transportation, and forget about having a car for a while

Just practical advice.

No BS excuse you didnt have insurance so why should they pay YOU?. You are doing the right thing to hire a lawyer and see if they will settle, and small claims.

It doesnt mean you will win, but you will learn more lessons from this experience. The Judge could be like the rest of us, no insurance no payment. But then again if you really can prove its not your fault at all, you could win something.

Good luck!

hey zappy, why do you always give ppl negative advices?
I may asked stupid questions, but it doesn't mean i want stupid answer.
If you can't give out positive advices then don't reply.
I'm having really hard time here, and of course I've learn my lesson.
also, it is not really good idea to hurt ppl by negative advices.
but thanks for having interest anyway.
