O.K. I will focus my energy elsewhere and "get off the issue" for the moment. Sometimes I just can't see past the anger, but I will try. Ever see "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory"??? My kids say I'm "Veruca Salt", you know, the "I WANT IT NOW" girl ... :D

I am glad my anger and frustration is being duly noted by someone considering it isn't being noted by ALL these Gov't agencies. If you think I "blead" on these posts as you put it, you should see the condition of my furniture and backyard ... :D Being newly single and no longer having the ex to verbally and physically abuse I had to find SOMETHING to take my frustration out on ... :D

To be honest, this is all taking a toll on me. I'm a diabetic and the stress is causing havoc on the blood sugar. What can I do, I'm a mother and have to protect my babies. Thank goodness I had them at an early age and am still young enough to kick some a-- ... :D

I get where you're coming from ...

Darn, can't even die to get rid of those charges huh??? Don't tell MS that, they don't seem to have much sense. They might start digging up bodies in the graveyard to take to court. They could be there as we speak ... :D

My SIL said that the case was "dismissed" by the Judge on a technicality. So I imagine that would be your #4. Would this be the "favorable determination" we're looking for??? That would explain why the Jones County Courthouse said they have no warrants for him, nothing but a $260.- traffic ticket, a moving violation for following too close behind another vehicle for which I'm sure now has been cleared with "time served" ...

Have we cleared the first hurdle??? If so what's next???

Question: How do I find out if the warrant has been removed from MS so this doesn't happen again??? How'd ya git to be so gosh darn smart??? MS could use some brains like yours ... :D You have been Sooo Much help when this is all over with I might have to fly there and take you to Margarita hour. If you're really nice I might consider throwing in Dinner too ... ;) I TRULY DO APPRECIATE THE HELP!!!

You know? SeniorJudge does have a way with words, doesn't he? Right to the point. Gotta like that. :)

Look at it this way. In a large metropolitan area there are lots of people. Lawyers like people cause people like to disagree about stuff. The more people, the more lawyers. You are sitting on a gold mine !!! - LOL

And BTW - If it is not Number 1 in the above post - it IS a favorable determination. Wanta you to knowa that.

Just like a crime being prosecuted by a prosecutor in criminal proceedings. The shoe is now on the other foot. Your SIL now has to prove "every element" of several key things in order to get relief. Although some of the elements are the same, critical and subtle differences distinguish them each.

1. False Arrest

2. False Imprisonment

3. Malicious Prosecution

Make Google your friend and tell me what the elements are for each of the above.

[*Note: I do not suspect that you can find them overnight. Take a day or two]

Trying, SJ. Seems needs T, has a bad case of bad eyes this evening.

[I hope I did not offend} ;)

No you did not offend. It takes a lot to offend me. Now anger, that's a whole other ballgame ... :D

I know it sounds silly being a diabetic but I'm AFRAID of needles so put off the obvious and try every alternative until I have no other choice, hence the blurry vision ...

I didn't think you were yelling just thought you might think I'm a ditzy blonde, which I am not. I just have never had to deal with the law in any way shape or form. Not so much as a ticket or ANYTHING ...

Although I would like to Thank SJ for looking out for me. I'm what my kids call a "short and tiny" person and could use the protection ... :D
