I just spoke to my SIL's attorney who basically said that the reason San Diego let him go is because they couldn't get ANY information from MS and they wouldn't answer ANY phone calls so San Diego felt as if MS were "playing games" and wasn't going to play so the Extradition Officer ordered his release. Those are pretty much the exact words ...
You are by design, about to embark on a journey. It has been my intent to make certain that you did not auger yourself into the ground while frustrated. You are at or near the point to take your wings and fly. You must keep us informed. This is only fair. I want you to take your fervor, passion, and new-found knowledge and expand on it.

The groundwork has been now laid, hasn't it? Feel solid now where you stand? Feel good to know something rather than being always in the dark? Knowing now how, where, when and why to look for stuff?

Big help here? Huh?

It is soon to be the attorney's game. The SIL's attorney.

:D Give us the juicy gossip when you get the good stuff. O.K.? :D

BTW-

Go for the dough. :)
Thank You for everything. My new friend here in San Diego has been very helpful in obtaining some documents and get the paperwork started for others and it seems as though we will be making that trek to MS after all ... :) My SIL hired a Lawyer here and I guess he will be working together with a Lawyer in MS to get this all ironed out. Says not to worry, whatever papers we can't obtain he will have supeonaed(?) You have been very kind and I truly appreciate your help. Please keep in touch and I will do the same as I would like to let you know how it all turns out and hopefully repay you for all that you have done. Again I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I am also dealing with the court system in MS all I can say is good luck because all the phone calls in the world will get you a different answer to the same question. It seems like no one in this state really knows anything about any case. Do not give up keep calling and document everytime you call and who you talked to and their response, it may be useful in the future.
