We had our 341 meeting on 12/27/04. About a week afterward, we emailed the trustee with an offer to buy back a non-exempt asset. It's been a week since that email and we have not heard anything back from him. I also noticed on PACER that this fellow almost always files the request for proof of claim (we're an asset case) within a day or two of the 341 meeting, and the only time he has not has been when he has ultimately objected to an exemption. I'ts been two weeks since our meeting and he has not filed one for us. I'm just nervous that he's looking for something to object too. I know that all I can do is wait and see what happens, but isn't that just the hardest thing sometimes? He's a technicality question. If the trustee has thirty day's to object, is that thirty calendar days from the day of the 341 meeting?
