What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?South Carolina
While in the state of florida i lived with a family member medical doctor treating me for depression. He suggested that I sign a real estate power of attorney to include an additional family member on the deed to property owned by myself and siblings. This doctor is the son of one my siblings. I have recently found out that what was actually done was they filed a quit claim deed for me taking myself and my children completely out of the property.
Do I have any recourse??

**A: see an attorney immediately and make sure he/she is NOT a family member.

Check out the actual records at the recorders office, you may only be seeing a part of the transactions.

Contact the Medical board for that state and file a complaint.

Get an attorney ASAP.

Have you seen his other threads, he is out to sue everyone. I think it is possible he read online entries which may be confusing if there is reconveyance.

**A: yes, it is entirely possible. And also possible that he believes that Santa lives on the North Pole amd Rudolph eats Purina Reindeer Chow.

Actually Santa has a listed number in North Pole (Alaska) here is a link to that information. I'm unsure what type of Chow Rudolph eats these days, it could be a fancy organic wild salmon these days or even "dog" fish, the salmon they feed to dog teams

**A: the number and address for Santa is really a front. He uses a call and address forwarding service. I have a close friend in the CIA and he gave me the scoop.

No, HG you are confused, that big scoop the CIA gave you isn't a snow shovel it is a manure shovel, Santa can always use more helpers for that ;) the elves get lost when it piles up. :D
