Maryland,
My friend recently broke up w/ his boyfriend, and he been giving her hell on legal matters.
He’s rich and he doesn’t work. All he does is harassing her. We put a peace order in but that still doesn’t stop him, because he’s
getting his lawyer do all his dirty work for him.
1st-, She bought a house using his name since she doesn’t have enough credit
-so after they broke up she sold the house w/ the power of attorney that gives her full permission to do so.
-but now he denied it by suing her for selling the house w/o his permission and not splitting the profit.
-including denying what he’s signing and signing the Power of Attorney w/o a translator – even he know what he is signing at the beginning.
My questions is
1-did he have the right to sue her even she have the Power of Attorney
2-did he have the right for the profit after the house was sold even he didn’t pay for any closing or down payment.
Basically, he just signs the paper to get the house.

2nd, They bought a car together due do credit problems and he stole her car and hide it. She reported it stolen, but since he is a co-owner the police cannot do anything w/ it.

My questions is
1-Can she sue him for stealing the car
2-What can she sue him for?

She doesn’t have a car for almost 2 months, loss of wages, times, inconvenience, and etc….
He didn’t pay for the car at all and the police cannot arrest him since he’s a co-owner.
He is now hiding the car so the dealership cannot repo it, and she is having bad credit.

PLEASE HELP!

If she doesn't already have one, she'd better now get the attorney she should have used BEFORE selling the place.

Well everyone taught and asked me the same thing. Is there another side of the story?. Answer . NO.
His X-boyF constantly called her and came to her house to harass her while i was with her. The phone conversation almost loud enough for the next door neighbour to hear it. Based on these evidence i know she is not lying.
The reason she dumped him cos she found out that she has a wife. @ feet in one boat if u know what i mean!
Any more suggestion that U guys can help me with. Pleazzzzzzzzzzz.

Not that sexually orientation matters...but the writer doesn't appear to know who is what.

Sorry, typo :)
Her XboyF actually married when she was dating him. That's the reason why she broke up with him. Now her X-BF is obsess and going coo-coo in his head. He basically told her " I will drop all of these maddness or charges against U if U come back to me"

So anyway is she going to get hammer by her X-BF. What can she do?
