What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?pa
i am 19 and i recently went to fill a prescription at a pharmacy for a contraceptive. i forgot to tell the pharmacist that i DID NOT want the prescription to be paid for by my insurance.
when i went to pick up the prescription, i said that by the way i did not want it paid for through my insurance (because i did not want the prescription to show up on my parents insurance statement) the pharmacist called by the insurance company and cancelled their payment of the prescription and i paid for the prescription myself

my question is... will my parents' insurance statement show that i initially had the insurance company pay for the prescription, then show the cancellation? the pharmacists said that it should not show up at all but i am seriously concerned

thanks reply ASAP! =)

There is a chance one (or more) EOB's will show up in your parents mailbox. One showing the Rx was paid, the other showing the charge reversed.
