What is the name of your state? Michigan

My fiance and I are planning to move in together. When she called to check on our lease application, the leasing agent listed all debts on my credit report to her. Isn't this against my right to privacy? Do I have any recourse?

Please advise. Thanks!!

If you jointly applied, then yes, she wasn't bound to keeping anyone's privacy.

Personal opinion, not legal advice, but why would you keep details about your finances from the person you are planning on marrying?
