A group of people bugged my house, car and phone, and tracked my car - they are listening in on all of this and making most of it public to at least the people around me

Is it legal and what action should be takenWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

They did? And ... you called the police and presented your proof to them? What did they say?

Just who is this "group of people" and why do you think they would spend such time and money to commit such multiple felonies? Is your life that interesting?

As you were told when you posted under a different name, it would be a privacy tort. Get proof and record your money damages then sue those responsible.

For something not mentioned last time, if you have a record of paying to see a medical professional for consultations regarding this, it would count as one type of the damages you could sue for.
