Ok I will try to fill in as many facts as possible before I ask my questions.

First this Involves an Online Game.

The Owner of the game tells the players that they have NO rights to be there, and have No Rights to post in the forums.

Next, she banned all of Brazil, because she states that is where 1 in 5 scam/illegal/harassment reports were coming from. She says she was spending to much time on reports and not enough time on the game. Players were already making fun of Brazillians before the ban, making sites called Speak BR (BR - The players version of an Insult to Brazillians). Also a site called the BR Files, another way to Insult and down trod the brazillians. The banning of Brazil, in my opinion only strengthened the hate of the brazillian players, and I believe there were other options, then the banning of Brazil.

At the same time, she does nothing about her OWN staff who are breaking rules.

Me and a few people have started a Boycott of the game, even though the game runs off of donations only right now, and there is no option to Pay to Play.

My First question is - Is boycotting the game Illegal? What would make the Boycott Illegal? (So far all we have done is set up a website stating what we feel is wrong, and a forums to debate with the players who say we are wrong in what we are doing)

I was told that since the game is privately owned, players have NO rights. I feel that this is wrong, there must be some rights the players should have. Are there other cases where a person has gained Personal Rights over Private Property. I dont mean Total Rights, just a small portion of Personal Rights?

Any information that you could give me on this subject would be of Great value to me in this fight.

Thank you very much in advance.

I believe your responce was

"So what is the problem? find another game"

So what happens when other games start taking this approach to dealing with problems? Instead of finding a solution that fits everyones needs?

In my opinion, it would be like the US, putting every Mexican (No offence to the mexicans, I am just using this as an example) In jail, just because there are numbers of them crossing the boarders illegally, instead of taking time to find out who is here legally and who isnt.

Now this question I believe has a merit and should be given the time needed for an appropriate answer.

You'll quit wasting your time with the crap.

And, no...boycotting isn't illegal. But, if you manage to convince other sheep to stop playing on the provider's site, and he/she suffers financial loss, and your statements are libelous, you could be sued.

**A: for your information, all Mexicans are legal, it's the US that is trespassing.

Well, let's see. The Spanish (and a few others) took the land by force from the people who had emigrated down through the Bering Straights from Asia. Those "original" settlers probably had some rights to their land, but since no boundaries were established other than by war and killing each other, and there were no international laws, the Spanish wouldn't be held liable. Since the "Mexicans" (a combination of Spanish and "indians") were able to claim their own territory, and then lost part of it to the U.S. through battles and treaties (the most common method of transference of land for thousands of years), the part that the U.S. won became legally owned by the U.S. citizens. By that time international borders were well recognized, and no matter how anyone feels now about how the orders were affirmed, they are recognized legal borders....and anyone who crosses them without permission is doing so ILLEGALLY.

Therefore, Mexicans, Guatamalens, Hondurans, Cubans, Chinese, Arab terrorists, or even Europeans, or anyone else who violates the known border, is doing so ILLEGALLY. The land does NOT belong to the "Mexicans".

I thought :

THIS LAND IS YOUR LAND
words and music by Woody Guthrie

Chorus:
This land is your land, this land is my land
From California, to the New York Island
From the redwood forest, to the gulf stream waters
This land was made for you and me

As I was walking a ribbon of highway
I saw above me an endless skyway
I saw below me a golden valley
This land was made for you and me

Chorus

I've roamed and rambled and I've followed my footsteps
To the sparkling sands of her diamond deserts
And all around me a voice was sounding
This land was made for you and me

Chorus

The sun comes shining as I was strolling
The wheat fields waving and the dust clouds rolling
The fog was lifting a voice come chanting
This land was made for you and me

Chorus

As I was walkin' - I saw a sign there
And that sign said - no tress passin'
But on the other side .... it didn't say nothin!
Now that side was made for you and me!

Chorus

In the squares of the city - In the shadow of the steeple
Near the relief office - I see my people
And some are grumblin' and some are wonderin'
If this land's still made for you and me.

If this land's still made for you and me...

Some restrictions may apply. Offer not valid outside the Contiguous United States, all offers are subject to change, see Border agent for details.
