RED - You're wrong! You correctly told me about - Mr. Liable. That guy holds the POWER to make Elvis leave the building/forum.

That is why Elvis is pledging to be nice to all, especially Mr. Liable and Mr. Steve Halket - Those boys play for keeps and don't have much liking for good ol' Elvis.

I don't know this Halket character, but that Liable lawyer on the other hand I've been around long enough to see he ain't got no time to play no games. He's got the power and he will use it in a heartbeat.

This much I know, ELVIS will always be alive

I never said cops were always right. You can't read and comprehend either, apparently. I said he was correct to write a ticket for tinting he believed to be too dark. You and plifter just read everything else into it. I never said cops were "angels" either, and I never ever said they're perfect.

But why am I debating this with you idiots? At least I wasn't the moron who said I have my windows so dark because I like to jack off while I drive. So defend stupidity if you want to and you two just start your own little Idiots' Club while you're at it.

Curtis, once upon a time I used to read the Sunday funnies. That was until I started reading Mr. Liable's shennanigans around here. He sure enough likes to have fun. He just gets jealous when someone is having more fun than he and whacks 'em over the head with a hammer. :)

If the judge decided to throw it out, so much the better for you, but that's not to say it won't happen again somewhere else, and the ticket will stick that time.............The judge throwing the ticket out does not make the cop wrong. It just made you lucky........

I may just be a dumb Redneck from the boon docks, but I sure enough can comprehend what you said above. And what you say above is the cop was right, the tint was too dark and the poor boy just got "lucky" that the judge decided to dismiss it.

Correct. I did say the officer was right and that the judge tossing the ticket was lucky. What I did NOT say was that cops were always right and always angels and so forth and so on. If the tint was dark enough to get a ticket out of state once, if can and most likely will happen again, and the ticket may very well stick.

Anything else was taken and added to for the sake of continuing an argument.

RED -
You're dancing w/the devel that may get you whacked - As you correctly told me many moons ago, those boys play for keeps and do NOT LIKE TO HAVE FUN.

I think it best we direct our attention to the likes of PLIFTER - This character thinks its ok to play with himself in his car since other people can't see him - His big ? is HOW DARK can he TINT HIS WINDOWS.

Curtis there ain't no one around here that can put the hurt on me. Just my obersvations. Recent examples would be....ELVIS. whack whack whack.....Johnny....whack whack whack. I thoroughly enjoy watching all the whacking that goes on around here.

I ain't gonna mess with no one Elivis. Like ya said, I know about the whacking when ya mess with the devil. But I disagree with ya about them not having fun. I bet they get their rocks off exerting da power.

With all due respect to plifter, I took his jackoff comment to be a joke. And if it ain't no joke he better watch out for that hair growing in the palm of his hands.

I've read her posts too. She's accurate and to the point. She knows the law for her state and what officers can and can not do. I've also seen her post that they are human and make mistakes but I guess you only look for and read what you choose to read. So you are the judgemental one. You are like so many others. You want someone to say the cop is wrong and you and they are right. She's said before, the cop can be wrong but he has to respond as he's been trained based on what he observes.

You want her to answer questions about someone sticking something up someone's rectum? What is she supposed to tell you? That happens in prisons and jails all the time, and it's by the inmates themselves. People are sick, plifter being an example. He jacksoff while he drives and is upset that his precious tinting is questioned. You want her to debate IA with you? Since you clearly do not understand law enforcement how would you understand that particular area anyway? What could she tell you that would satisfy you? Obviously, you only want to drag down law enforcement and get pissed at anyone who does not agree.

You are wrong and judging her while you no nothing of the area in which she answers. I've seen her get slammed on here many times because people don't like to hear that what they did was wrong. So what that her father is a judge? That just means she has more access to legal issues and that really hackles you doesn't it? Well, this forum isn't here to hold your hand and pat your head. You don't like being punished, you don't like the hard cold truth of reality, then sister you just stop coming in here. 'Cause I'm really sick and tired of whining and complaining by people like you when someone sticks by their word and refuses to be browbeaten. I've served almost 19 years, wearing a vest, a weapon, and about 15 more pounds of equipment around my waist. I've heard every lie out there because guess what? People lie to cops every day. I've seen just about all a person can see, and let me tell you, it is enough to just about send a person around the bend. It is no walk in the park.
Do I make mistakes? I sure as hell do. I bet you screw up in your job, if you have one, but you hate it when someone points that out. But maybe your screw up won't cost you or someone else a life. Are there bad cops? Sure, but they are outnumbered by the good ones. Did Rochelle ever say there were no bad ones? Absolutely not. But she does know what they deal with everyday, and she respects that whereas apparently you have no clue. You should just keep your trap shut and open your eyes. As a matter of fact, you haven't given an advice so you shouldn't be in here anyway.

I have no response. I have wasted too much time with you already. You are not in law enforcement and therefore are not qualified to be in here.

Sorry to resurrect a dead thread, but after reading the worthless responses to plifter's question, I just couldn't be silent. First of all, he was not "lucky" to have the ticket thrown out, it was justice. By your logic (i.e. Lieutenant, Rochelle, et. al.) I would have to have my windows retinted every time I drove out of my home state. Ridiculous!! How about you just require me to show my papers at security checkpoints along every state border? Is that what you want?

The fact is, the judge threw the guy's ticket out because his tint is legal in his home state (the state which the car is registered in). Cops stopping out-of-state vehicles soley based upon their "best guess" that tinted windows are too dark amounts to harassment.
