Ok, I was arrested for drug possession, I'm 17 and all they found was empty bowls but I was in my car and they knew I had just smoked marijuana. My court date came and I didn't have to pay any fines but I don't know whether or not I was placed on probation. All they said was that if I mess up within 6 months this will infact go on my record but if I don't, it won't. The judge and my lawyer both said only if I mess up. I wasn't issued a probation officer and I didn't receive and paperwork saying I was placed on probation, so am I on probation?
