What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland
My HOA Board is planning on asking the community to vote on a change to our covenants and/or by-laws regarding our community pool but has not followed the process outlined in our HOA Book of Covenants and which was spelled out in two separate letters from our HOA attorney back in 2009. The community is unclear on what action can be taken? Needless to say, no one can whether the burden of hiring a private attorney.
