update on S.S.D.I. problems
rmet and Ellencee I have just contacted my Attorney again about 1 week ago after another week spent in the hospital from severe deppression, again. I returned home and my Attorney had just left a message on my answering machine letting me know that he just received the hospital report from my previous lengthy stay at the hospital that I first told you about, not to bad it only took him about a month or so to get it. He informed us that he submitted that report and an argument on our behalf for getting turned down. That was about two weeks ago and today I recieved notice from the S.S.A that says that they had an A.L.J conclude that a fully favorable decision can be issued without the necessity of a hearing. They are considering my onset date Feb 2,2002. My claim was actually filed on Feb 10 2004. They also stated that they are considering me to be disabled from Feb 2,2002 thru June 30,2007. Which even they have stated my conditions are severe, so hopefully ELLENCEE I won't be having the "mother of all panic attacks every six months" as you rudly stated in a previous post. Even though my cognitive abilities are good the 381 pages of documentation that they recieved from the Hospitals, Phsyciatrist, Family Doctor, Therapists and so on helped them to understand that yes I could probably get a job but for how long and what field, they even stated that there are no jobs nationally that I could qualify with having these severe problems, as they stated were major depression, reccurant
bsessive compulsive disorder with super imposed panic attacks; and avodant pesonality; bi-polar type2, and some borderline personality traits. I'd really like to thank rmet for all the help he offered to me but I would also like to let ELLENCEE know that if youre background is in the medical field I would hope you would go back to school and actually read what there trying to teach you,'cause if you were ever a nurse that was responsible for me your indignified way of speaking to someone with these problems I'd probably suggest that you go to law school the next time so all of your patients that would be suing you it may be easier on your finances.
