Procedure Assistance For The Indigent

What is the name of your state? Arkansas

Since the indigent charged with offenses whose punishment caps are less than a year in prison have no right to a public defender, how do they go about getting access to evidence in their behalf? Subpoenas for evidence, subpoenas for unwilling witnesses, requesting an extension on their case to get evidence?

Anyone know, or know a site where forms and details might be found?

Please let me know the offensive link and I will remove it. The first one is to a page of articles and the second is to a page containing links for those caring to assist some autistic kids in getting soldiers for their armies in their favorite game. I was not aware that either were considered advertising.
