What on Earth does this have to do with the OP's issue?

It was a response to Red's comment that there is no "trying" when it comes to speeding, you are either speeding or not. It was a tongue in cheek thing and I got the joke. I too, have had a car or two over the years that just wouldn't go faster than a certain speed...or at least wouldn't do it without shaking all over the place.
