It's the pilot lights on BOTH sides - one is burning to low...and other is burning a yellowish color to high to the point its making the paint crumble where it sits over that pilot light....indicating a problem that needs servicing that the landlord is not taking care of. Thats what the maintenance said when he came out to look out in on a day the apt was suppose to be shown otherwise he would have never came by.
Read receipt is a response from an email client acknowledging the landlord has read my email I sent.
Yes everyone needs to eat - however I have special needs that I am not going to get into but is fully medically documented. I have a very strict meal plan in which i am to follow and can not get my dinner needs met with this stove being unusable.
I am not being difficult in my lease it states that all appliances are included and are to be in good working condition and the stove is NOT. Furthermore I am not going out to buy a BBQ the weather is way to unpredictable when bottom line I should have a working stove that I pay my rent each month for.
I am concerned about my safety in use of that stove - The repair men I spoke to said to discontinue use of the "entire" stove. This has nothing to do with the security. This landlord took his sweet time in addressing an issue with my furnace that was leaking carbon monoxide into my house - which I had to go to hospital for treatment - installing double cyclinder locks (in code violation) and want to get the hell out of this death trap he gets away with renting.
I don't know why you are getting snippy with me but if this makes you feel better about yourself whatever.
