Depending on what the courts decision was, there are several possible actions you can take. They include: Writ of Execution, Writ of Garnishment, Turnover Order, Specific Performance, etc.

I suggest you go to your local library or bookstore and look for any books like "How to collect on your judgment", or something like that.

Also, you could go to http://arise.to/JRofTexas and fill out the form. I would be glad to help if your's is a money judgment.

I have a lien on them. They are not suppose to be able to buy or sell anything before they pay me. But what they did is sign things over to the father and say give me a reciept foe the money I owe you. Now sell this for me. So far he has gotten rid of his truck and she has gotten rid of her car. Both by the way were paid for already. So they get away scott free and I keep paying for what I already own.

Based on your 'update', you need to contact the original court and ask them the procedures for filing a on the debtors for "Fraudulent Transfer of Assets". They court staff should be able to tell you what and how.
