What is the name of your state? Maryland

Was charged with Driving under the influence and Driving while impaired yesterday
Im 20 so Im under the age and blew a .03 for the breathalizer test.
I was initially pulled over because of a missing license plate light.

I still have my provisional license because of previous speeding violations and I believe Im still in the probationary period for my last offense since still in a 1.5 probationary year period.

I plan on gettin a lawyer most likely and I would appreciate any help at all.
