What is the name of your state? NJ Quick question....My husbands ex has a restraining order against him , she obtained it under false pretenses in other words she lied just to have it to hold over his head. Well this is the situation...on monday her and her boyfriend had to go to family court to get thier weapons back that the police had seized.(they were seized because of my no contact order against her) My husband and i strongly objected so they did not get the weapons back. They were very mad at this so in turn...the ex has her boyfriend call my husbands boss and acts as if he is my husbands parole officer (my husband does not have a PO officer) they tell the boss that he needs to get in touch with him(my husband) immediatley because he is in violation of his parole so the secratary at the office tells them where exactly he is working. So low and behold his ex shows up at his job site screaming that he's a scumbag and that she's going to run me over with her car ect....meanwhile she is taking pictures of him at work why? we don't know. Then she procedes to call his boss the next day and tell him that he's a drug dealer, wife beater dead beat ect. All this while the ex has a final restraining order against him. my husband has now lost his job because of this. They work in high scale homes and can't have some looney comming to these peoples' private homes which is understandable. Our question is this what should he do about this? Is she in violation of the FRO for going to his work and calling his boss? he has witnesses to all of this.He doesn't have a FRO on her, just her on him!!!??And yes he does pay his child support!!!!

My response:

You forgot to mention where the trailer is in this story. Who's responsible for inflating the tires?

How do you idiots go through life, anyway?

She's not in violation of anything - there's nothing restricting her from calling him or showing up at his work site. However, he could file for an RO against her himself.
