Beverly, I'm just not as ragingly obsessive as Blondie even about the negligent homicide of my father!! So...I don't have your email address and I'm not sure I would want to search so desperately for it. Please feel free to leave a private message through this forum, because I do not want to engage in, or support Blondie's manical abusiveness any more. Her guilty conscience just rages wildly across this thread, and it's kind of sickening and disturbing. I hope she comes clean with someone she trusts.

Just so you know, Beverly, it's clear that Blondie has no idea how to conduct responsible research: not every "cybersue" in cyberspace is me!!! There must be at least a dozen other "cybersues" out there using that nickname. Not every person with my first and last name is me, either. There are others who have both of my names. So Blondie has demonstrated her lack of integrity very clearly.

I hope you will not take Blondie's deeply misguided comments to heart. I do not give them any credence except to say that they only illustrate our point and demonstrate to those who are listening what people like you and me are up against. Self-righteous venom and attack, grotesque and unfair assumptions of guilt for our mere status as loving and caring and intervening family members: this is very illustrative of what my family got out of "the system" during that tragic guardianship: blame, finger-pointing and attack, made-up accusations, fabricated "evidence," all based upon nothing but sick speculation.

The guardianship and probate system and its culture of blaming and overpowering the family at whatever cost to the prospective ward and his/her loved ones must be changed. Our search for legal advice and for justice will surely be better spent elsewhere.

You have just convinced me that you are just as STUPID as Beverly is, cyberstupid. Beverly was not found by me from her email address. I found her, along with her email address that also directs anyone right to her doorstep, with 6 strokes on my keyboard and one click. Waaaay too easy.

Cyberstupid, you're too STUPID to even use other stupid's profile to send her an email. Beverly is too STUPID to use PM - as the PM feature does have some peculiarities and limitations.

You BOTH are too STUPID to understand ALL the things that make one ineligible to be a guardian - except now a judgement for repossession. It only takes ONE thing out of a whole lot of things that disqualify one from being a guardian of anyone - including a willing family member. Beverly was too STUPID to call 911 for her mother. You do get credit for not trying to "cover your tracks" by deleting posts, cyberstupid. You BOTH are too STUPID to understand just how dangerous it is for Beverly to leave both your threads on this forum.

In a show of good faith and demonstration of my integrity, I will post a new thread, AFTER you both delete yours, giving others with the same allegations directives, both the only legal recourse and where others can go for group support, pity party, solidarity, or whatever you want to call it. My failure to do so will discredit me. If you both are too STUPID to remove your thread, just request the administer to do so.


What a couple of mental cases - that's another reason that makes one ineligible to be a guardian.
