Public Indecency

I live in Oregon, and last week I was cited for public indecency. I was outside a party (inxtoxicated, obviously) and I ended up making out with a lady from the party.

The police were called on a noise complaint for the party. When the police arrived we (the young lady and I) were on the sidewalk and she was straddling me, with her shirt pushed up exposing her breasts and, according to the police report, I was rubbing my face or mouth on her breasts. There was no other nudity or sexual contact other than my face against her breasts. The police report does reflect that also.

My citation says that I engaged in "deviate sexual intercourse", well in researching the laws, I have come to the conclusion that deviate sexaul intercourse is any combo of contact between penis, mouth, vagina, or anus.

Am I wrong in thinking that I will be able to fight this successfully??? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Their is one good thing about getting the ticket, I'm pretty sure the beer goggles were in full force.

It will be quite interesting to see her again in court, it will be just the second time we've ever seen each other.

The especially tough part of this whole ordeal is keeping my gf from finding out.

I went and got a copy of the police report, and while the honking of hooters can be heard for miles. The police were responding to a noise complaint.

I'm sweating this because it's an effin sex crime, I really don't want that on my record. Uggggg
