first of all am not amercian and i get married with american man and after he divorced me i discovered that he is married from another woman before me and he get marry me in my country while he still in legal marrige with her in the united states (washington DC state)
and after i discovered that he divorced me , while am divorced now do i have any rights to sue him for gathering between 2 wifes at the same time? , i know this is a crime in US law and i want to get my rights from him so can i have any advice for this please , also i will be greatful if someone telling me the law script for this issue which they call it (bigamy) as i heard

You have no case. His punishment is being married to two women. It's bad enough being married to one.

Since you are already divorced, you need to move on. there is no longer a crime.

You have no case, however, there may be justice, his wife might be interested to know he is and or was a bigamist, you may not be the only one.

On the positive side, you don't have to return any gifts and you can get child support if you had any children together.

I Need a Legal Advice pleaseee

thanks for your kind reply although i got nothing information according to law .. all are personal opinions , anyway i can see that nobody can even feel others suffer because everyone always see his problem with special eyes , and i got suffer from this man enough to try to sue him , first of all he was a lier and didnt tell me that he is in marrige with another woman , second he divorced me with no reason just like that because his wife started to feel that there is something strange and he get afraid from her cause she is not that easy and she can do anything to punish him , he said that after i discover everything and i get shocked because i was the the one who get nothign but suffering , he was afraid of her feeling but what about me? i have also a feelings as a human and as a woman but who cares!!!, anyway am not from those who always complaining but i droped these line to tell to anyone try to make fun to try another person cause i have enough fun in my life , am here looking for real legal advice and my question was crystal clear .. is there is any point in the American law can make me take my rights from this man, ana my rights now to sue him ,or there is not and if there is i need to know the script of the law with great thanks , i have papers prove that he was in marrige with me in the same time while he was in marrige with her, is it useful?

What i want to happend to him? (it's not about revenge believe me)..all what i want is to have any rights i can take .. i have to make him think 1000000 times before playing the same game with another woman and to feel that will cost him alot , (women are not a game for guys like those) this is the sign of my case and i have to fight to prove to him that he made a big mistake with this unhuman behaviour , i gave him everything as a faithful wife and what have i got? a Unique divorce with no reasons but (game is over for him) and then a goodbye kiss , ... waw ! what a gift

You got married in your coiuntry, what country is that? You will have to consult an attorney in your country re what you can do, we can only give legal advice here. You could contact the wife and or the authotiries in Washington DC and inform them that the man is a bigamist and let it go from there there may be others.

Sue him for what? They are divorced. There is no crime therefore no recovery. I guess she could sue him for taking her virginity under false pretenses but then she'd have to prove she WAS a virgin. Otherwise, she'd be wasting a lot of money for nothing.

Obviously this woman is a fake. She isn't from some other country. Her writings show the slip ups of lies. She has constantly avoided saying what country she is from, and without that information no legitimate legal response can be given.

This seems to be a woman who is angry because the man she wanted married someone else, and she is grasping at straws to try and find a way to get him back.
