What is the name of your state? MA
I would like to know if there is any legal grounds in a supermarket telling me that I cannot purchase a bottle of wine unless everyone at the store with me has a valid ID. I had my ID and was the person making the purchase, using my credit card. My husband (who is 39!) was with me but did not have an ID with him. We were refused service. Is this legal? What if I were in the store with my 12 year old son? There are no notices anywhere in the store informing customers of this "policy" and I am left feeling that my rights have been infringed. Any advice would be appreciated..Tracey
