What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I posted this on another board but maybe it would be better answered here:

My daughters father passed away 3 weeks after she was born. His divorce was not final when he passed. I had to get a DNA test done so that my daughter could get SSI. Now I am told that I have to give his wife a copy of the DNA report. She is executer of his estate. I signed legal papers stating that I would not go after any estate money my daughter was entitled too. Since this is not an estate issue does the Paternity Test Results have to be disclosed to her. I was told that since I had to petition the court to release his DNA sample (because she refused to let me us it) that it is an estate issue even though I waived all rights my daughter would have to his estate.

And again, since you never answered the question put to you in my other reply, WHO told you that this was an estate issue and who told you that you would have to petition the court to release the sample?

I am sorry I didnt see your question. My lawyer told me this but she has never had a case like this and told me she would have to research it further. So I took it upon myself to do my own research.
