If you have joint legal custody and she is making arbitrary decisions about your childs education, then you can force this issue in court. In CA they have you first go to mediation, then to the judge if no agreement can be made. What do you desire for an outcome in this? Custody? Putting her back in her original school? If she isn't allowing you to have a say or is restricting your access to your child you should speak to a lawyer in your state to find out what your options are. Good Luck!
