Im sorry i never got any questions asking what state i lived in. I live in the state of New Jersey. Also this place i live in is not mine.I moved in my boyfriends mothers house. The child proof gate is there because there is a 2 year old the and its near the stairs which is understandable. My son is 8years old. Im sorry but just very upset i lost my infant son 6 months ago then my father 1 month ago now im loseing my other son. Its just very upsetting.
I'm sorry for your loss.
Obviously there was a lot more to your story and would have helped to tell us up front.

It is understandable that you are upset and likely that what you have just said has a great deal to do with the judge's order. Is there anyway you can get a place of your own? You now have 75 days more or less?

Have you gone to social services or housing? It appears it is more than things in the house, it is the fact that you are dependent on your boyfriend's mother. Of course not getting child support doesn't help.

Do you work?
How did you lose your infant?
These are difficult to deal with now but if you don't you will lose your son.

You need an attorney, call legal aid or the bar association.
Is your father's trailer available and suitable for housing?
You need an attorney, fast.

Actually, that's the FIRST question that's in the posting box when you start a new thread - the question you deleted.

Another question - how large is the house & how many people live in it?

Help us help you, Angel. Don't make us drag every bit of information out of you. Eight people in the house means SIX people besides you and your kid. Who are they? How many adults, how many kids? Anyone with criminal issues? There is more to this than a water stain and old child gate. But noone can help you if you don't provide the info. And I'm sure that I'm not the only one losing patience with trying to drag it out of you.

Angel, she is telling you the truth...judges don't arbitrarily require someone to move out of a decent home....nor do they normally give someone 90 days to move. Your judge is giving you a MAJOR break and you are wasting it....plus you are leaving out info here that could make a difference in the answers you get.

I might disagree with the judges decision but i understand that i have 90 days and hes my son. Im going to move even though i disagree. Hes my son and i love him i would do anything for him includeing moveing if thats what it takes to keep my son.
