I doubt that the supervised visitation would last that long, or that they would make me take a parenting class. I live with my girlfriends kids who are around the same age as my son. They are fine.

Drug testing? Alcohol only takes 2 days to get out of a persons system. I'm not a drunk, I can go 2 days...easy.

Does anyone know if my lawyer will get a copy of what my son said at court? I have a call into him, but just curious if anyone knows.

You have had 5 DUIs...One that landed you in jail for 7 days in December. You ARE a drunk.

Why don't you do the child a favor....why don't you just tell your attorney that you will drop everything and go away if they will do the same.

The join AA, get into rehab, and learn to be a man that the boy can respect. Then when he is an adult you might be able to forge a relationship.

I'm not an alcoholic. Even with the DUI's the courts can't say/prove I am either.

Yes, you are. And this is coming from a recovering drug addict. FIVE DUIs?? Seek help. Attend AA meetings. Your life sounds very much out of control and unmanageable.

I totally agree..and I have to add I think it is well, ironic that on his last thread(or on one of them) he went on and on and on about how she "HAD A DRINK, SHE IS UNFIT!!!" but conveniently forgot to mention all of his DUI's...

OK, got that out... now let this die off!
